What does it mean to be an entrepreneur?
Updated: Apr 3
In short; to be an entrepreneur means that you have started a business. Within that definition lies so many opportunities, questions, fears, and excitement.
1. The opportunity to be your own boss, work your own hours, enjoy your job. This is what all entrepreneurs strive for. Trust me it isn't as easy as you may think. With the safety of having all of this, comes a major addition of stress because your success belongs to YOU and only YOU!
2. There are so many questions when you are beginning to work on the business you want to create. What types of things do you like? How will you start planning? How will you finance it? Will you do it alone or with a partner?
3. The fear of failure is what every entrepreneur has and trust me it never goes away. To say you succeeded in being an entrepreneur is a hard thing to do, especially when huge corporations fail. The thing you have to learn is how to be successful now and secure in the future.
4. The excitement of venturing out on your own is what you want to hold onto to get you through the beginning steps and far into your entrepreneurial days, weeks, months, and years. Never lose that excitement!
I want to share my knowledge with anyone who is considering starting their dream company and entering the world of entrepreneurs.
